If I may chime in here..There is a lot to be said about buying the real thing and not picking up a replica. The money you save(if not more) buying a cheap knock off will be spent on bodywork and making the piece fit.
The Kenstyle rear fits perfectly.

Actually, not exactly. I have a ABFLUG replica and only cost me $200, paint and prep, was one flat price, not hourly on how long it takes to prep, block, primer the kit. It all depends on the body shop. SO outta the shop I only paid $300 but then again, i know the guy.

shine auto project are a better replica body kit company...if you do a little bit of searching you will see they have great fitment on their bumpers

yup I'm happy with the shine front bumper . But you know Ive never really understood people saying your going to spend more if you buy a replica to get it to fit than buying an authentic...
Take Mazdaspeed for example spend 3k or so on the kit and get it painted with guaranteed fitment, or get a replica for say 500 to 1000 dollars and I can assure you its not going to cost 2 to 2.5k to get it to fit and look perfect

Not bashing but... how much more would you estimate to get your bumper to "fit and look perfect?" Last pics I saw showed some gaps.

Yes, you can get a replica to look reasonably good for less than 2k, but let's call a spade a spade and concede that perfect fitment is unattainable for that price.

Call me bonkers but gaps between body panels drives me

FYI all bumpers have gaps between body panels, aftermarket or not.

Oh not mine... I paid $100k to have the entire vehicled molded into one large piece. I put the vehicle on jacks and climb in from underneath each morning, no big deal.

What if it is replica of a kit that is not made anymore? Would you agree to this procedure?

look at other sites (specifically rx7club) they all want to blow shine for the fitment, some say it is better than the "originals" that come from japan. now the MS original we can garantee will fit perfectly but all other body kit's are just that, Body Kits. they are made by a company to fit a car they did not design. isn't that exactly what shine is doing? they are well known for making their kits fit before selling the product. yes EVERY kit needs work unless it's from the original manufacturer but every kit is from a mold and there is a degree of variation. just look at the seibon hoods. made from a mold, some people say fit is superb others like myself had to do quite a bit of work to fit it as good as it will get. it is expected by any inteligent person that you are buying an "aftermarket part" that 90% of the time need some qork to fit perfectly.

look at all the people with the accolade fenders, not one person has said they even fit ok. they fit like ****. but i want a set. they look sweet but need work to do so. it's all in what you want to spend. everyone needs to stop saying that it will cost more to make them fit. making them fit doesn't take 100 hrs of body work. most bodyshops that are even somewhat reputable have done this thing many times in the past and can bang out this kind of job realatively quickly, it will not cost an arm and a leg to get it to fit. but it will cost some $$$ make sure you don't buy Ebay **** because it will look just like that, ****. but if you buy from a reputable company with a quality reputation, like shine, then you can garantee that you will spend less that almost any other kit. i say almost because there is always an exception. you pay alittle bit more upfront so you don't have to waste that money and time on bodywork.

with that said i have not heard 1 bad or even not so happy word about shine. if i didn't buy my car with the kit it has i would buy from shine in a heart beat.
