almost finished with my new exhaust tips

still gotta use a hole saw to cut out the 3 inch side and burn the ends. made out of stainless. wanted something different because my tips were burning the plastic and need to extend them (i have the turbo xs exhaust). also loved the knight sport ones but couldnt see spending the money for them. big thanks to the girlfriend holding the stuff while i tacked it all up and most my other projects

i can make them for about 450 the stainless i used was pricy when i looked into ordering it the material for these i got left over from work i came across just to see how it would turn out and perfect so far with about 6 hours in them. just dont know how the burning is going to turn out or last the exhaust is pretty cool at this point. just gotta wait and see and check more pricing to see what i would have into it

I would gauge interest, if selling them is what you want to do, then buy in bulk, or have the work sourced out,,,

no i just got material from work to try it out and called for contractor pricing. as for building them i did it in a few hours in my garage. i would be interested in making a few set if they were wanted .material cost is high to make sure they dont tarnish like 304 tends to in harsh enviroment. i cant do them dirt cheap but cheaper than the knight sport ones. also it is 3" id 2 3/4 long pipe which is what the turbo xs is ,and the outside is 3 5/8 wide and 3 3/8 tall and 6 inches long and also can do 2.5 inlets. i relaly dont plan on pushing it as a item but would be more than happy to make a few sets if there is interest
