can anyone give me opinion on carbon fiber body kits? are they better than fiberglass because they're stronger? better than Poly because they won't sag over time? or do carbon fiber kits break easy? any pros and cons you can think of would be appreciated... I want to make the right decision...

Fabulous body kit
Hey guys!
I have a few questions about the fabulous body kit. For one, I see a lot of people talking about replicated and rebranded knock-off body kits that cost more in fabrication and installation than they're worth. Is the fabulous kit one of those, or is it an original? Also, is there anyone here who owns one that can vouch for it's quality? Also, how much labor was required to get it to fit? I really like how it looks and if it's high quality, I'd like to plan on buying one.
Thanks!
~Brandon

Pfft - no problem
I'm trying to slowly become a kit and wheel junkie (i still suck at it though some times)
IMO - out of the 3 you said, i would go with the RE-Amemiya w/no fogs. The se03 kit is nice, but a little too aggressive for me. Perhaps if it were the original kit, it'd probably be a different story. I guess you can say i picked the most subtle out of the three. I say clean and as low pro as possible.

jsut a word to the wise that RE kit is photoshopped, it does not exist in that trim(w/o fogs) you would need extensive body work to blend it in,,, might I suggest that if you do end up choosing it make up some covers fo rthe lights like STIs have and jsut color match them it will save you alot of trouble...

Atilla : I have an 04-08... I noticed there were two variations, I liked the way the AutoExe SE-03C blended the flared oem esque look from the new with the lights and class from the old..(front bumper)
If it were the origional kit? u lost me there.. I thought it was..
Rotr8: Thanks for the heads up, I had come across the other similar bumper without the foglights on japanparts (although, i had no clue the blue car in my original post was the Re-Amemiya)

Its good that you have the 04 it looks much better but as of yet no on ein the states has this bumper because of the dollar to yen exchange rate, itll cost you an arm and a leg to import it...

I had the Re amemiya bumper w/ fog lights since 2005.
Due to recent accident, i broke my re bumper and will be getting the Autoexe se-03c next month as replacement.
i'll post my impression once i get it~
