..and apparently I am getting a bit of positive feedback here now as well, thanks for all your comments, as long as they are honest opinions I don't mind the criticism.

Personally I like it more and more each time I go out for a spin in my 8 and am looking forward to when I can add the finishing touches on the fenders.

I had confidence in the artist. We worked out several drafts before I handed over my hood. I realized that I had to put some trust in Phil if I didn't want to stifle his creativity.

Worst case, I suppose I could have had it sanded down and painted blue again if it was a disaster. It's only money!

Yes Phil does some nice work, I was lucky enough to find a good artist that I could work well with. He is very patient and wants to get things right.

 

I am surprised I haven't seen more graphics posted here, anyone holding out I would like to see some other ideas people have had..

I will have more pics up soon with some other add ons I have been busy with on the exterior, I just want to give the car a good bath before I do a photo shoot this weekend.

I don't think it looks bad. So long as you like it that's all that matters.

 

Rest assured, I like it more every day. All I have left to do on the exterior is extend the graphic onto the fenders and doors (soon) and get some fat wheels (next spring).
