2004 rx8 info plz

Ok im thinking of buying a Body kit for the R8 the car right now was bought used and has some rust issues here and there i was planning on getting a whole pain job done with a few coats of lacker not sure if thats the way to go about it i figure the lacker will slow the rust from pushing the paint outwards a bit. Will to take any advice...

Also i got a pic right here and im trying to find out if the front lights on the car are stock or not im having a hard time telling. If anyone can tell me if there stock that would be great and if there not stock and somebody is able to give me the model of the light that would be greatly apreciated.

3.
When i was a kid i got close to a very good looking mustang and a alarm system started talking to me id Said please step away from the car. Viper alarm going off in 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1. i backed off before it started but was wondering what kind of alarm that might be. im guessing a viper alarm :P but do all viper alarms talk?

use proper grammar, like periods!!!! You sound like a 5th grader

If you're getting a paint job, the whole area will be sanded to remove rust, so no need to worry about that (unless they do a bad job...)

The headlights are stock. They just have eyelids. Search around the forum for RX8 eyelids.

Mazdamaniac has on of the best built RX-8's on this site and he has them I have always thought they were cool But there is difference between a clean, well built car and a riced out piece of crap.

Can't say that I like lambo doors, but you shouldn't run into any structural or mechanical problems if done right. Shop around for a well known kit and don't be afraid to spend the money to have it done right. Finding someone to spray lacquer will probably be tough. If done right, any rust will be removed prior to painting, so a standard base coat/clear coat job will be fine.

I'd give advice on what lambo kit to get, but i don't have a clue. Never looked into it.

no need for lacquer, just have a body shop properly repair / repaint the area and you'll be fine.
as for the Vertical doors, it comes down to personal taste.
I will tell you this though: not all kits are made the same, if you want it done RIGHT, be prepared to shell out some good money.

heaven: that is an authentic Mazdaspeed body kit. (bumper, side skirts, wing)
They are not currently being made since the introduction of the Series II RX-8 (2009+) but there are some lying around still.

http://www.mazdausa.com/MusaWeb/spee...ModelYear=2004

great kit, you won't find better fitment out there since it's made by Mazda but it will be pricey since the parts can be purchased pre-painted. (most body kits are not painted)
expect to spend a few thousand dollars for the full kit (front bumper, side skirts, wing, rear bumper)

So sweet

...and there I go thinking chivalry was dead...

"Real rx8 owners?"...Hmm...I could have sworn I was one...I mean I physically own an 8...Researched the 8 for several years prior to owning one...I do my own repaires...And in all honesty, I treat him better than I treat people (obviously)...*sigh*...But I guess only real rx8 owners are those who want lambo doors...Well fml.

Fixed for readability:
Ya, OK, thanks for the info Scrub. But, taste is different for everyone. So, I'll put this in a nice way #$%#@@ Off. Thanks now, back to Real Rx8 Owners. Is there a real reason i should not put lambo doors on, like structure damage or anything like that. Or, does it totally rely on taste?
Sorry for the English. I ain't very good at it and I'm at work so I'm typing this fast thanks to my boss.
