It's a one-off custom made by rotr8.

 

it is Autoexe SE-03C. Ive googled it a million times and I cant find a link where I can purchase it..either that or it is in japanese like wtf

 

It almost looks like an R3 front bumper...

 

Both Mazmart and Corksport are Autoexec distributors. Mazmart in Atlanta would be the closest to you.

The bumper itself is not a one-off. It is produced by AutoExe as previously mentioned. It has been modified though so I suggest you read Rotr8's thread before buying it because there may be features you want that do not exist. There were elements REMOVED by Rotr8 from the AutoExe bumper and a few that were added. All will be very subtle though because Rotr8 only does high quality work.
