It's a one-off custom made by rotr8.

it is Autoexe SE-03C. Ive googled it a million times and I cant find a link where I can purchase it..either that or it is in japanese like wtf :banghead:

It almost looks like an R3 front bumper...

Both Mazmart and Corksport are Autoexec distributors. Mazmart in Atlanta would be the closest to you.

The bumper itself is not a one-off. It is produced by AutoExe as previously mentioned. It has been modified though so I suggest you read Rotr8's thread before buying it because there may be features you want that do not exist. There were elements REMOVED by Rotr8 from the AutoExe bumper and a few that were added. All will be very subtle though because Rotr8 only does high quality work.
