*URGENT* Headlight Issue

I installed new Highbeam bulbs (just highbeams)

And now when i turn on my low beams they warm up and in 30-45 seconds they turn off my themselves, and i turn off my headlight switch and switch it back on and they come back on for another 30 seconds. What did i do wrong?! ugh, please help.

P.S i did take one of the low beam lights out just so i would know how they clip works that holds it in for future use but im positive i put it back in right!

I changed my highbeams by taking the bumper off and taking the headlight assembly off, So im positive everything was put back right. I even unplugged the battery and such.

If i turn my lights on and turn my highbeams on, in 30 seconds my low beams cut off and my highs stay on they just dim a bit.

Help!!!!

Cheap *** HID's will do this. This is why you should stick with Phillips bulbs.
