No matter what anyone says, your kit looks pretty good to me. I've seen many kits installed in my time and as long as you're happy with the job that's all that matters.

well im a very blunt person...and i've been around the scene long enough to know what quality is..if you guys want to take the cheap way then go for it... after seeing too much you just get sick and tired of looking at crap...my motto is do it right the first time...

people could say why did you waste so much money on your intake
or they could say HKS is expensive IMO--- there is a difference in how you come across but I doubt you care

I don't think anyone here is here because they want to have people like them. But we all want to learn and hear each other's constructive opinions. Rotary info, RX-8 info, Meet info, etc etc...

If you don't like replica... great. Don't like it. But no need to be mean about it.

haha bragging about my products? nooooo not really... its not even about my products..other than my intake im completely stock...and it has nothing to do with hks... if i come off rude then i apologize...i just have a different way of expressing my feelings..you must also understand and realize this is a public forum..everyone is entitlted to their "biased" opinions..if whatever i say does not please you or is up to par then dismiss what i say and ignore me...it seems like you guys are going out of your way to get back at me...i'm not here to beef with anyone...so i'll leave it at that...

car looks cool, just curiosu as to how good it will look 5 years from now compared to oem's. The last ride I customized I took shortcuts at first here and there due to lack of fundage/impatience, I ended up having to replace/re=do a lot of things a couple of years afterward. I personally would have saved up the extra $$$ to do the M-speed as there is no sub for doing it right the first time. The car does look good and most people won't care anyhow, I would just have a hard time as I realy don't care what "most people" think anyway and I'd rather know I have the real thing. Kudos to the shop that did the work if the kit is as bad as everyone makes it sound as your 8 came out really nice.

 

Could you post close-up pics of all the openings in the front Im trying to decide weather or not to use mesh?

 

xdeed rags on me all the time but he does have a point....the kit looks good for what it is but lets all be honest here....if you want to compare the knock off with the real thing then be brave enough to post the usual suspects.....the front corners where bumber meets fender, where nose meets hood, the rear, the center of the skirts and where the trunk lines up.....im not trying to rag on OP but you really cant compare when you are looking for the best of the best to compare to

Yes there are hurdles to jump when going with replica but if you successfully jump those hurdles, as it seems you have and your happy with the result... More power to you.

I ordered shineauto's autobahn for my bb so im in a similar boat.
