I posted a thread similar to this in Canzoomer's place discussing my concerns. I placed an order for a Stage 1 kit on Dec. 26th and never received any reply confirming my order.

I have since e-mailed him twice and left a phone message, still no reply. My credit card number and personal info could be hanging on some fax machine somewhere for anyone to see. I'm not feeling to good about this.

I know others are in the same boat. I understand this guy is busy, aren't we all? I could be doing something else with my $500, but I chose to invest it in his product. I would just appreciate a confirmation and an ETA for my unit.

I think my concerns, and those of others, are valid and should be addressed.

 

I'll post if / when I get mine. I faxed the order, emailed about same, will pay via Paypal after I get confirmation of order a deposit. It will be nice to hear that some have received not only communication about their order but get and install the kit. The last official thing I can recall seeing is that boxes had been received, and units would start shipping 12/19 and those of us who expressed an early interest would get notified. I never got the notification so have only learned about the developments since 11/13 here.

 

I talked to Maurice today...I thought I was in the same boat. He said we will be notified by phone or email when he is going to charge and ship the ECU's...

 

I don't know details, but keep in mind many places close over the holidays. Maybe this could explain the delay?

Well, I've been aware that my card has not been charged. My concern was that my order may not have been received and that my credit card info and personal info could be in the wrong hands.

Since posting this thread, I finally received a confirmation.

 

i sent maurice an email a day after i faxed over my order sheet and he responded to me within a week...mine is confirmed

 

Yeah, sorry we left a bunch of you guys wondering. There were holidays, we were busy building units, and the piece de resistance - Canzoomer was redoing his office floor so he got knocked off-line when all the electronics was moved. Fax machine was left operating and output was carefully filed. Office is in his home so no-one else will see your info.
