I bought a rx8 last year and I love the car. I'm not the most mechanically inclined person but I can follow directions. I'm trying to restore power to my car. It seems like its a bit slow taking off but steps it up once in second gear. I have a automatic trans (which sucks I know)Any suggestions?

 

just the normal ones. plugs, coils, wires

any check engine lights?
what year? how many miles?
any mods?

 

2005 it has about 34000 no engine lights nor mods but im getting working towards a few

 

read around the performance section to find which mods you need, and which ones that are garbage.

I just put plugs, wires, coils and decarbed my engine today. Amazing amount of difference.
