I just tried to go to Hymee's website and it seems to have disappeared. Try asking the question in the Aussie forum and see if they can get you in touch with him.
FWIW, the ProTuner doesn't clear CELs.
Some of the other features are non-functional as well, like the "tell-tales" under the gauges (they are fixed to 100%, regardless of the actual sensor max), the graphing function (it locks and stutters and the files are full of garbage), etc.
As a straight-forward OBD-II display, it is really nice, though.

Hello to everybody! Once again i need your help...!
I talked with Mark (Hymee) and told me that for the serial adaptor i wont need any driver. Well, i went earlier this afternoon to check the whole thing how it works, but nothing...
i put firmly the OBD cable, i have a serial adaptor connected to the interface, from serial female to serial female, and a cable from serial male to usb...when i open the sCANalyser Live program, on the left bottom of the window says "Select Tools/Connect to connect to vehicle".On the middle says "Logging: Off" and on the right says "Interface: Disconnected". I do as it says(go to "tools" and click "Connect") BUT the status of the interface changes to "Error (timeout)" immediately...
What am i doing wrong??
P.S. Sorry for the big post!

i will order another serial-usb cable to see what will hapen, because when i'm plugging it with the interface, it does not show me the message"a new hardware device found".my operation system is windows 7 32bit.

I've never used it with Windows 7 but I do remember the serial to USB adapter I bought back in the days had a driver I needed to install from the manufacturer of the adapter.
mine too needed to be intalled, but nothing happened! Still the "error (timeout)" at the interface status.
i have another obd interface called "dynoScan" from Autera and when i go to com ports from control panel says "OBD dynoscan com port", but with this interface it shows me only the serial-usb cable. no obd interface name, not even as a hardware can be recognised...
i will order serial pci card and see what wll happen...
Thanks a lot for your help!!

Did you change the hardware from a logger to a "live" scan device?
Look under the tools section where you would change it from logger to programmer to Live...
After the device has been changed, you will need to restart Protune.
Mine works fine in live mode, but it's a pain switching back and forth from logger to scan, to programmer.
I do have a second dedicated logger dongle now.
