When it comes to getting, let's say a turbo, must it be tuned pretty much right away? Should it be tuned via the shop or could a custom tune with the access port by MM do it's justice with a turbo?

Forgive my noobiness I just don't know these things and it's probably such an easy answer that I couldn't find anything within the search. Start the flame fest I guess haha.

So basically that states how I can do it myself. Seems like a lot of work and I don't really have the resources to do that myself so my question is if I had a cobb access port and sent my into and such to MM for a tune would that all in itself do it's justice?

 

Your call, but yes you can trade time for money - though with MM it is going to take a few weeks to get it dialed in just right unless you get him to Dyno tune it (as in you fly him in etc. = More $$$, less time)
