e-manage Ultimate ver1.09
After reading the new issue of RX-7 magazine (JDM) and seeing something about a new ECU from Blitz called iEngine I decided to take a look on the net for it. Unfortunately no info other than what I skimmed in the magazine... and that's not much. HOwever, I thought I'd also see what's up with the e-manage ultimate... and there appears to have been several firmware updates... http://www.trust-power.com/02greddy/eman_ultimate.html
http://www.trust-power.com/02greddy/...te_record.html is the link to the firmware version record... gives what the changes/fixes in each version are.
Here are some of interest...
version 1.05
- Fixed when rotary engine is selected, the number of cylinders is not linked.
- Fixed when 13B-REW is selected, ignition timing, injector channel number does not appear.
version 1.06
- E/G addition possible in ignition timing display, 13B-MSP, K20A, VQ35DE
So Jeff... will any of the fixes get things working for the 8.... or not?
I recommend http://translate.google.com/translate_t for machine translation. A brief test has shown it to be better than bablefish.

They're actually up to version 1.09 as far as software/firmware. Here's the mohdparts.com site and go to the bottom of the page.
You won't find this info on USA Greddy's site.

I still don't think 1.09 works Damn Greddy has really dropped the ball on this one. The 8 isn't the only car they are having problems with either........
I doesn't work much more commonly than it actually works....................
Oh...just for a FYI..Greddy USA is the last place that knows anything from a hole in the ground .

I know... see the thread title... I only mentioned the two earlier versions because they included rotary-related updates.
The only thing about the site you post is that they don't tell you what's updated or fixed in each version. Refer to the site I posted for that information (Japanese only).

GReddy needs to change strategy. Go full standalone ECU and ECU flash tool. It's a different age now and what they've been doing isn't going to work for much longer.
