what do you mean you can't uninstall it?
plug it into the OBD II port, once it connects to the vehicle, scroll down until you see the uninstall option. click, done.

what part of that isn't working?

"Can't"

Can you be a bit more vague?

Does it give a message like "cannot communicate with vehicle" or does it not even give an uninstall option?

Does it have the latest software update from Cobb?

Do you have the ignition in the 'run' position?

if it was recently purchased or a 'newer' AccessPORT, you need to go to the "About AccessPORT" or "Info" menu. You should see the "uninstall" option there
