Thing is I used an internet forwarder (Aeropost) for the purchase because I am not in the USA, but i did state it was an '06 JDM, I will have to check with them to see what they completed on the purchase order. If so...I am assuming I am SOL.

I don't understand what not being in the USA has to do with purchasing the Cobb AP.
I'm in Canada. His website supports both PayPal and Google wallet with shipping to a whole host of Countries.
