Canzoomer Issues

I've been having some issues with my Canzoomer Stage 2 and E-manage. It seems that no matter what I do, my software keeps saying "connection problem, check your cables". i've tried switching versions of emanage and tried it on a newer laptop with USB 2.0, and I managed to get it to say "this unit is not compatable with this version of emanage". I pressed ok, and tried to import the settings from my unit. It seemed to be working, but when it was done importing, nothing came up on my screen. I've been bugging Maurice everyday so I figured I'd ask someone else.... So here are some questions..

What the hell is goin on?

Is emanage only compatable with USB 2.0?

Are there some versions of emanage that do not work with CZ?

Oh and here's something to ponder... it will show real time data... but nothing will import/export

are you using the special usb connector, or are you using a generic usb cord?

i finally got somewhere... i had to use the newest version 1.49 on my old laptop USB 1.0 (go figure)... but i'm not in the clear yet... it seems to be doing everything its supposed to do as far as communication goes, but when i import the maps, nothing shows up therefore i have nothing to modify. it says "corrosponding" but when its done i get nothing. wtf i'm so lost with this stupid thing

j s2000, have you tried using a different laptop? after switching between them about 50 times, i think the unit got fed up with me and cut me some slack

thats about where my AFR was before i put my intake on... now i run with the CZ off because with the intake it puts my AFR up in the 16 range! so until i tune it i can't even use it
