A few things

1. Cobb doesn't support the 09+. They dabbled in the idea as you can see here, but ultimately they dropped support for the RX8 and didn't end up continuing the RnD.

2. Your alternatives for use are either MazdaEdit or Versatune. There are a few tuning threads here on the site that can help you out with both

3. You shouldn't be in limp mode by just removing your cat. But thats a topic for a different thread.
