Is there a way to remove the chrome trim around the gauges? Mines are flaking off

 

Has anyone ever looked closely at their instrument cluster to see if the bulbs can be removed/replaced? Specifically the airbag bulb? Anyone have a gauge cluster that's not working or unused that I could perhaps get as an experiment? Thanks

 

Anyone know how to replace bulbs burnt out in RX8 instrument cluster. How to tear it down to get bulbs replaced?
