Will a CAI-Header-HF Cat-exhaust will cause a too lean condition?
... without any ECU tuning?
I plan to run a Racing Beat header, high-flow catted midpipe and HKS single outlet catback, along with a MS CAI.
As the title says, will that cause a too lean mixture without any ECU tuning?
I've done quite a bit of research and I have not found a convenient answer!
Thanx in advance guys!

When the emissions system is running in closed loop, it should adjust to whatever changes you make. In open loop (eg. performance driving), it is running too rich anyway. You should be OK, especially if you stick to premium gas.

I have a Midpipe and the HKS single sided exhaust and no cell, and the sound is straight badass. Its a good choice....you will get a lot of grumbling...but to answer your question no you should be fine.
ENJOY!
