Typhoon rattle noise at 7K +

Has anyone else seen this? I installed the K&N short ram system and sounds great. The problem is, at around 7K+ there is a rattle sound. I think the intake is moving back and forth and hitting the heat shield. It only happens when there is a load on the engine so it doesn't happen if I just rev it. I double checked to make sure that all the bolts are tight. If anyone else had this problem and corrected it, please let me know.

I have more of a problem with the inside of my car rattling...but it doesn't bother me. Although when i installed my intake the heatshield was really loose...but it looks like the engine cover hols it into place and stops it from moving. But yea rattling is normal in the car but i dunno about under the hood.

Now I'm not sure if it is a rattle sound or just the engine breaking up at high rpms. Maybe it was always there but I couldn't hear it? Anyone have thoughts on that? Man this thing is loud. My car sounds like my bike!! ZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzooooooommm
