Do not buy those things. Basically what they do is to tap into the water temperature sensor to make the car think that it is in warmup mode. The car runs richer in warmup mode. Their logic is that more fuel is more power. Unfortuately the rotaries all run a little rich so more fuel would actually be less power. They're charging $8 for a $0.30 piece that you can get at Radio Shack anyways. The Greddy eManage has something that does the same thing called a dongle. However in this form of use it is keeping the car in warmup mode so it never goes into closed loop operation. This way people can retune the car however they want to and aren't forced to just let it run rich. It still doesn't always work properly. Just avoid these little parts. Such a small amount of money for so much added horsepower is just too good to be true. They don't work.
