plus racingbeat comes with very detailed instructions so that'll help you out immensely!

or u can just go to Midas and have them install ur exhaust for cheap like others have said...
the intake... you can do it with some buddies and have some bonding time. i installed my rb intake with my gf... it was really fun and easy, and i did my rb exhaust with a bunch of the guys haha

they probably didn't setup the pilot tool right and warped the pressure plate.

cas2themoe..just do it yourself on a sunday or saturday morning. I put on my revi and rev8 no problem......although i found out the "moderate amount of force to remove stock exhaust from bushings" really meant a hell of a lot...but a good tip is to use some lub (wd-40 when it is cold of course) and get it in there and it comes off much easier. just save the money and you'll hav efun doing it:D i did.

side note: sorry abotu the whoel clutch assembly thing..i too am waiting....i should hear back from RB in a week but i do hav ea bad concept of time..so i think i'll call them tomarrow and ask what is up :D
