Tanabe Touring Medalion Exhaust

Im looking to free up some hp and was looking at the Tanabe Touring Medalion. I dont want something ricey or obnoxious and the Touring Medalion is supposed to be under 93db. I have a couple of questions:

1. Tanabe is 93db but how many db is stock?
2. How much louder is this than stock?
3. Did you notice any increase in power?

Thanks! It sounds really good. Alot deeper tone than I had expected. Can anyone who has it confirm that it sounds nice? The vid is cool but sometimes it might sound different in real life.

I have it matched with the RP supercat. Sounds good at idle, a little noticeable but not too loud. When crusing it rumbles and most comment sounds really good. At WOT it really comes to life. I have no complaints.
