Tanabe made a single exhaust for RX-8's. Anyone know much more? I just saw it on rx8store.com. I'd like to know some opinions on the single vs dual setup. Obviously the dual has a better aesthetic appeal. The speed source RX-8 had a straight through single and it sounded bad a$$.

 

Even though the pic shows a single exhaust the discription says "dual muffler".

Personally, I think a single would look bad. BTW, I have the RX8Store exhaust system and it does sound "badass". :D

hey guys i think the carisma rx8 has a tanabe exhaust
it was in rx tuner mag in april.
and its a true dual even though pixs shows a exhaust for a civic,accord,etc.
states dual mifflers at bottom of ad anyway.

 

Tanabe exhausts are usually very very loud.

 

hmmm not really..depends on the car and if its still running the cat..
