no really such thing as bang for buck, you get what you paid for.

for start ups, u can try Racing Beat Sways or Mazdaspeed.

Racing Beat is more for street/some track, while Mazdaspeed is more for track than streets.

I have the Racing Beat, and I love them. Definitally noticed a difference.

I have progress sways. Love them. I spend a few days adjusting them to my liking. The stiffest sways out there, definitely a big difference even with my coilovers.

Get them from Charles, that's a killer deal!
