SR or CZ cat??
Which one of these are better? Is there any noticeable difference in performance/sound/ use of the O2 sensor?
I've only seen threads on either not both head to head.
I might go with this instead of the racing beat exhaust or maybe both :D
A nice trio would be those with the new RB intake.

The only difference that I have heard of is that the CZ cat/mid pipe combo is much louder than the SR Motorsports combo.. I have the Borla exhaust and SR Motorsports high flow cat and didnt even think once about applying dynamat for the sound.. Yet CZ owners have it.... Not sure if thats true in all cases.. but I know it's true in some.

Good info
Dave
Thanks for the Input. I know that the Borla is Louder than the RB, but knowing that the sr is a bit more tame than the randtech cz is good info. Of course I would use a resonator with this setup.
In going through the RB exhaust threads I didn't notice any that had that setup w/sr cat/res or cz cat/res. Does anybody know of somebody that could comment?
This forum rocks!!!

LOL. I gotcha beat. I'm lazy and cheap. I'm seeing more and more red 8's out my way. It's not novel any more. It was kinda cool being one of the only ones in Rivercity. Now I 'm kinda thinkin "who cares?". Then I go online and get my RX8 club fix and I'm as sprung as a crack head after mothersday.

I have the SR Motorsports hi-flow cat unit (w/ resonator) sitting in my closet. I was waiting for RB to come out with their intake, but it is killing me. It doesn't sound like they are coming out for a while. I might just put the hi-flow cat, pullies, and lightweight flywheel on soon. I have an RB cat back on it right now.
