Question Smoother clutch disc

Guys, my 8 has 30k miles on it, japanese version, 6-speed, its 2003.

I need to change my clutch disc as it kicks a little on the shifting from 1st to 2nd etc.

i believe it will be cheaper to buy an aftermarket clutch kit and replace stock one with it, but.,,,,,,,,,,,

do you have anything in mind of a smoother&faster clutch kit?

will i need a new aftermarket flywheel as well?

Clutchmaster Stage 3 is what I have and I couldn't be happier. The pedal is actually lighter feeling than my stock clutch was. One thing I have noticed lately is that the pedal is easier to push in the higher the rev's are.

My shifting actually got smoother. But keep in mind that I had a new clutch and lightweight flywheel installed while my engine was being replaced under warranty. So I am not sure if the shifting is better do to something they did while swapping the engine but it sure is better than it was before. Clutchmasters uses a stage one pressure plate for their stage 3. I am still not use to the clutch yet so I am sure that shifting will be faster once I figure it out. It seems to get lighter and engage sooner as the rpms get higher.

Yeah on my Centerforce unit. It is good up to 400 ft. lbs of tq and the engagement is smoother & lighter. Many people that have driven my car have commeted how the clutch is surprisingly light compared to stock let alone an aftermarket unit.

Is there any noise/chatter with the Centerforce stage 3? How many miles on it?
