Racing Beat ram air duct

Im thinking about getting the racing beat duct and was just curious if it makes a difference in performance..Seems to me that it would having outside cool air directed into the airbox..any thoughts would be great,....

right now i have a stock air box with a k&n air filter and one screen removed and the walls..

I've had it for about 4 years now and it works VERY well. It does exactly what it's intended to do; helps get more ambient air into the engine.

... and you can mate it to your stock intake box with a short section of reclaimed VFAD (see Brettus' DIY). I think it works well in an NA setup, especially with a K&N filter.
