I wrapped electrical tape around the white part of the gauge so it didn't look so bad from the side.

I really don't think I would ever really look either, but I'm just a little **** about small details I guess. Pat, less than a month to go for the S/C!!!!!!

Is that usually where your fuel pressure is? Mine is almost always up near 60.

no the car was off. Is just that Nexus gages go all the way up and then down again everytime you put the switch on. so when I took the pic they were going down. See how both are exactly in the same position.
But to be honest with you I dont have it at 60. I think its like at 48

after vowing to not buy any more mods, I'm back.

Here's my question. If I buy the pod on it's own and the following parts, will I need anything else?
  • RB Guage Pod $95
  • RB Oil Pressure & Temp Adaptor - $64
  • Water Temperature Sensor - $29
  • SS braided oil pressure line - $51
  • Nordskog guages 3 @ $70 each (approximately)
  • RB bracket?? (approx $7)

Anything else? That brings me to around $450 which is more or less what RB is asking for AND I'd get the digital guages that I'd prefer.

Teflon tape
Oil and filter ( might as well do an oil change )
Beer to drink while you do it.

Your gauges should have lights in them so you can see them at night. The RB kits includes clips to connect the light wires from the gauges to the POS wire that went to the ashtray light. You might need the same clips or something custom.

I got my guages in yesterday but I'm going to need hoses for water and oil temp. Suggestions?

Can I just order the ones that autometer ships with THEIR guages?

I ordered Nordskog digitals.

Hmmmm ... Jedi, did you get my PM?

If you ordered the Digital Street Series gauges, those are all electrical. No hoses or such for those gauges. You just need to pickup 16 or 18 qauge wire. Hopefully, you ordered the Nordskog sensors too. It's Nordskog part # S8013 for the temperature sending unit --- you'll need two of those, one each for the oil and water temp gauge. The Nordskog oil pressure sending unit is S8014.
