There is a stage X rotor conversion kit with a charge displacement Paxton supercharger. The rotary thing takes to it very well. I would expect to see this finished in a few weeks with HP #'s close to that of an F-16. They are testing some proto's of the Stage XX hemisperical intake de-coupler which will modify molecular velocity of oxygen to improve atomization of fuel ingestation. This mod is NOT emmisions legal so don't get too excited. A secret branch of the military has been using this technique on the now defunct Comanche helicopter project. They could have saved alot of money and time by going to the RX-8 club and simply SEARCHING for it.

The wealth of information on this site is the result of countless HOURS of thought and physical labor. It is particularly rude to ask anyone to repeat themselves.

If people not searching is such a damn problem.... why bother to post? If you can't help him out why be asses about it? No on wasted your time until you posted, in which you wasted your time.

SSR Turbo Thread - 144 Posts

Another - 169 posts

More Technical - 434 posts

2 Minutes FLAT. That's not wasting time. A new thread should have new questions or information. Tons of info on the status of turbos for RX-8's.

If people not searching is such a damn problem.... why bother to post?
Posting relevent info in a thread is different from starting a new thread asking the same questions that the community has already dealt with. Look around, learn something and if you still have questions that have not been answered - ask.

So was it that hard for you to post those links? No it wasn't... thing about a community is helping it. Not jumping all over every noob. Some don't know about the search feature, or even the right keywords to look for it.
