Question for NA setup.

i want to go all motor with my 8 and i was wondering what setup would be the best? I'm aiming for MS CAI, MS sport catback exhaust, (maybe) canzoomer, and i dont know what midpipe/header/downpipe i should go with yet. any suggestions?

well,
since you have made comments on most of the turbo threads.

one would guess you have the ability to seach...

and canzoomer...

no well i know whats what but i want to know what you guys think? would it be a good setup for basically everything? nice exhaust note? good hp/torque range? As for the turbo.... im putting that money into a 20b for my project car. Parts are already on its way. Me and two friends are going to try to work that into a 93 rx-7.

you have 20b knowlege and money and you need advice???

na is simple in a very hard way...

you might start with a seach.

after you do that people might be able to be able to help you on the fine point..

but the quick answer.

ceptorx
lightweight flywheel
stage1 clutch pick you brand.
hiflowcat 3"
catback3" thats the hard part.
lightweightwheels and tires.

haha you're a lot better than me, and i dont know anything about 20b and have only knowledge on piston motors. my part of the 20b is because i can fabricate whatever they're going to need like rails, piping, welding, etc.... and be around for the extra hand.

yeah i will. and btw, the reason we chose the 20b is because we already have the rx7 lying around so a good friend from Japanese Engine Racing will provide the parts (extra rotor, housing, turbo,) and all the good stuff because hes going to be 1 outa 3 of my friends shops sponsering the car so yeah.

IntX costs like 5-6 times more than the CZ.

moostafa is right, int is a lot more expensive than the cz. but since the int gives me better control over my ecu than im probably just going to go with the int.

The newly upgraded Emanage Ultimate. Mazda Maniac has a wealth of knowledge on the subject you could pool from. If I were you, I'd do everything else first and engine management last. Reason being is by then Cobb or someone else may have an engine reflash that you can customize, or you could go with Racing Beat's option and let them flash your ecu.

Bindon is a great person to do business with. You'd be happy buying from him.
