If you've checked your oil level your sensor might be out. You might want to take it to the stealership to get it checked out.

that's bullshit! How is lowering your car going to affect how a guage reads in the oil pan.
If you had the back end raised and the front lowered, I could see how that MIGHT throw things off.

Fight it, they're giving you the run around

If what they said was true, all of us would have our oil lights come on any time we went up or down hill. If you have your oil up to full and it should be good till the lowest mark on the stick, then you would have to probably be driving your car at something ridiculous like a 30 degree angle to mess up the sensor.

They are setting themselves up to not have to do the work under warranty.

There is a natural rake to the car off the showroom floor. not to mention there are literally hundreds or thousands of people that have used those and other drop springs and added more rake to the car.

tell those freaking idiots to get a tape measure and go check ALL the RX-8 on the lot! They ALL have a larger wheel gap in the front then the rear...

That's one of the appealing things to the S-Techs..they lower more in the rear then the front. If anything, they help level the car out.

Lesson Learned dont let your dad drive your car. Also the Service Reps for the most parts are idiots and dont know half as much as they b.s. to you. I've had and seen more problems solved via this board than I dunno its late and I can't think of something witty and sarcastic atm lol, but its alot. Them claiming your suspension is causing it should of caused you to do the classic coughing of *bullshit!* into the phone or to them in person. When you get the survey rank 'em low as they can go.

Just glad in the end it was nothing and no big cost output! Most people don't mind paying a decent price for something they really need, just don't want to shell out big bucks for something that isn't really broken in the first friggin place....ya know? The retards!

Thought it was pretty evident. No dig at you at all.

1.) I was glad you got it solved.
2.) It didn't cost you a bunch of money..........They didn't get you for some ridiculous price on something you didn't need.
3.) They should've found it pretty quickly and known it had nothing to do with your springs or how the car was sitting.
4.) The retards comment was at them not at you.
