there will be some difference but nothing like what blackenedwings had.
the resonator should help quiet it down and the OEM exhaust isn't all that loud.

When the car is warm the midpipe isn't that loud, when I got the pipe it was in the middle of winter and its pretty damn raspy even with the OEM exhaust. Maybe I've just gotten used to it, but I like the sound of the exhaust now and believe it or not I like the smell of the fumes... but I'm crazy, so... :shrug:
