I think thats just a picture of a different car, pictures on the umnitza or simota website show it with an actual RX8.

I think that the filter membrane area is to small.......and unlike Racing Beats the air inlet is to close to the MAF. Being so close "in theory" does not allow the air to smooth out before flowing over the MAF. Lastly, it is not completely enclosed ( in the Pic), hence it is sucking hot air from the engine compartment.
