I really like the wall thickness of those tips, i just wish they sat back a bit further so that the outlet was a bit longer... looks a bit snub nosed lol

Thanks for the pics and video, but the tips of the driver's side looks higher than the passenger's side and hitting the shroud, is it? Is it 3" midpipe without resonator? will 2.5" midpipe with resonator quieter (PWR-Si)?

You've got good eyes. The tips are not quite level. I think it's because the flange on my cat is slightly twisted and therefore the whole cat-back is off a tad. It was a real bitch getting it installed as a result.

I have the OEM Midpipe with a basically brand new cat. I'd imagine if you used one or other of ExoticSpeed's midpipes with or without a cat, it would be louder.

Sounds better! In the low rpms, it's got an amazing rumble. But step on it and the rotary beast is unleashed. The pitch and tone change in an amazing way. And then when you let off, it blips like a race car. I haven't checked if any flames come out, but I'm sure they do after "spirited" driving.

Thanks! So if I change the whole thing from header to car back in exoticspeed, the tips should be at the same level then, right?

It's a matter of luck. There are users that had perfect fitment from the factory, others had problems like Azzuro

Fail on the photo editing my friend. This exhaust looks like it could be quite nice. I'd have to cut off the tips and replace them with dual/dual ends a la shakeyourbrakes's 8. Overall nice setup.

Hi Danny,
Do you have any comments on this?
The tips fit fine. You just need to make sure someone actually looks at them before you give it the all clear.

There was a little wiggle room in the flange between the muffler and the tips. Upon loosening the bolts a little, the tip settled nicely and now sits level with the other one.

It's louder inside tunnels. They should put more tunnels on the roads and freeways

Probably going to get this exhaust soon. I was looking at the R1-t. ALthough it sounds good ive been reading certain issues with the rivets and having to adjust them etc etc.

Does anyone how this and r1-t differ in sound ?? Id rather this one cause the tips look nicer than the r1-t.

The second edition "R2" Exhaust system which is the revolutionary edition from R1 exhaust, Improved the power gain, Lighter, Stronger and more variety tip design to meet all customer needs. Most technology advance design, Tig welding and lighter material that saves 40-50% weight from factory exhaust, at the same time increases power due to less restriction, higher flow and improve weight distribution
