new exhuast help

ok im gettin a new exhaust for my birthday and i have it narrowed down to two choices: agency power or greddy. I'm leanin towards the agency power tho. If anybody has either of these give me some feedback and your opininons on them, it would be very helpful

i think if you have a stock bumper you should go with greddy, cuz the ap exhaust might burn your shrouds

I have the AP and with some cheap exhaust hanger clips from autozone i made my agency power sit perfectly. I love the burnt ti tips and i get alot of compliments on the sound.

Personally I love it! Great quality and a perfect tone paired with my AEM intake.

It is not loud as hell, so if you want loud do not buy it.

ya thats why i like the agency power and the SE cause they're pretty loud, especially the AP. However, i gotta admit it does sound damn good even though it isn't super loud.

JIC Spartan Full ti!

JK you probably dont want to spend that amount of money.

I would go with Racing Beat. I had a loud exhaust on my 8 before the JIC and I can say the low tone exhausts are the best you really hear the rotary way better. And you drive in upper rpms a lot more too

I went from a racing beat to the AP and honestly the racing beat is way way to quite for my taste. I dont like loud exhausts and i dont think the AP is overly loud so when i hear that the AP is one of the loudest for the 8 im in shock. Maybe with the full AP dual resonated midpipe its loud as hell but just the catback has a extremely low growl to it.

Mazdaspeed. But from those two choices I'd do the AP. Hope you know it's loud.

In descending order of tone:

MazdaSpeed
Borla
Racing Beat

Which is why I'll probably end up with a Borla.

I have the AP and I looooooooooooooooooooove it!

It's not too loud and not too quiet. When you accelerate the deep dark tone kicks in and you orgasm every time!! Then when you are just cruising, it quiets down and is barely noticeable. I also am running this with a midpipe to enhance the flava!!!

Nothing wrong with that, keeps it safe. I'm buying a DD before I buy another 8 so I can let the 8 be my toy and sit

I like my agency power exhaust it has the mid pipe installed and its loud. I however got two sets of exhaust silencers, the first set made it very quite, but still noticeable, the second set is a larger silencer and I think its perfect.

the car quiets down at cruise and scares people at full throttle. one thing that I really like about the silencers is it killed the slight drone in the car.

I only have the catback so its not real loud and its silent when cruising and off the gas... but like above said when you get on it the car sounds like its a formula 1 racer.
