Need ride height help

I will be buying new springs but there are a multitude of diffrent hights to chose from. I just want it to look pretty sitting on top of my stock 18in rims. So what is to little and what is to much?

I read on another thread when getting into the whole suspension upgrade thing that people were saying if you plan to drop more then 0.5", you might as well get non OEM shocks as well since the stock ones will wear out really fast and wind up breaking the struts.

Just passing it on.

I think 1" drop is enough to get your fender line to sit at the tire-line, if you're on stock tires and stock 18" rims.

And it is always the rear shocks that go as well...

Been trying most of the morning to find the thread they talked about it on. I've seen pics in a lot of other threads where they've lowered the car 1' or more with lowering springs w/ stock shocks and they claim it works fine. So I dunno, likely it reduces the strut life just not sure as to how much.

S-techs will make your car sit pretty good. Definitely worth switching struts at the same time as you will have to do the same work regardless. 2 birds, 1 stone just it costs more money.

Tein S-Techs. End of story. Not too much and not too little.

I didn't want to spend too much but wanted something good, and I found the Tokico-D spec adjustable shocks/springs. Tokico is the same brand as the stock equiptment.

I bought the set for $735, the ride is great and the height is perfect with a 1.25" drop F/R.

I have heard of other brands that have continued to lower more and more over time and my Tokico's have stayed the same for 3 years now. Plus the remote adjusters in the trunk are a nice feature. You will have to buy the remote adjusters separately for around $30
