my cold air intake

hello everybody here is some pics of my aem cold air intake
I love it sounds normal ideling and normal driving but when you push on it you can really here it roar. got off ebay and brand new in box and a couple of screws were missing which sux i just need to do the exhaust part next

Congrats on the purchase. Alter the stock airbox and slap that sucker back on there.

does the AEM air filter thing come like that?? or do you have to modify it to make it fit.

what you see is what you get makes it look empty in the engine bay

if you alter the stock airbox to take up some space i think it would look perfect. the bottom part in there looks funny out in the open. needs some smooth flat plastic like that of the stock airbox.

i would do that if I carbon fiber it than maybe i need to do more to the engine bay to make it blend alittle better

I guess you can use Carbon Fiber Vinyl wrap to wrap some of the pieces, but I don't think CF vinyl could withstand the heat.

A vendor here has a full CF engine panel kit. I think its evo-r.
