Modify 2009 Fuel Pump Assembly to fit 04 - 08 models

Has anyone tries this yet?

I have searched around but could not find a definitive answer. Further checking, the secondary tank piping on the 04-08' is smaller compared to the piping on the 09' assembly.

Anyone has DIY steps and pics if it has been done?

Cheers!

It doesn't actually flow any more than the previous version and I don't know that anyone has actually verified that the siphon system works better, so I can't say that it is worth the effort.

MMMmmzzz... That will still be the 04-08 pump assembly yes? With a melted metal piece on the pop-off valve...

Is the walbro pump noisy at times?

Mine has just died on me...
