my apologies then. It originally came off as condescending, but once you explained it I understand. I personally can't stand cars with any ridiculous drone. I actually just drove an AP2 tonight that had a dual 4 inch exhaust with the stock cat and wanted to hang myself due to the excess noise. I think realistically the single exhaust with this midpipe equipped is still extremely tolerable. I took a client out in the car and I hadn't received a single comment on the loudness of the car at all, he actually thought it was stock because of it's very subtle demeanor when at cruising speeds.

ok,

now that we are on the same page. my silly powerful searching skills say your loud and my loud are very, very different. i know how old you are..

so i note the dual can midpipe + hks single side. likely to be way to loud. but i would never do a single side...

sucks getting old.

btw,

scott update??????

I also saw my age in comparison to yours. I still can't stand drone. That's why when originally talking with scott in the preorder days I was immediately sold based soley on the massive noise reduction. Age and taste really mean squat to me, it's all about your preference. You'd be surprised

The RB single + Masport midpipe is very interesting. At low RPM I can make it quiet, but under low load going up hills, it reminds me of my buddies Dakota SUV when you roll the back windows down, and all of the sudden you think your eardrums are going to pop out due to the reverberating low frequency wha wha wha sound...

But, the fun starts when you hit the on ramp, and give it real load. It sounds like I'm a Nascar Beast - very low throaty growling mean SOB. It is the most amazing sound that I think the Renesis can produce.

My problem is the low load hill climb, and around town between buildings - it's a tad much. So, I'm putting my RB dual back on, but with downward facing tips due to the new bumper mod.

I have been requested to leave my single on until the local club members meet up on the 27th as they come out my way on their "Winding Road" cruise to the Ocean. They are going to video tape me.

After that, I need to change it, because I have to take the war department over Blewett Pass to Wenatchee for the NW Rotor Rally at the Apple Blossom Festival.

We are out of stock at the moment, waiting on parts.

I have been told they will arrive "soon".

Swoop is right, we are filling spots for the next build now, hmmm, wonder how he knew that?

this may be redundant but i have the pipe and one of the 1st RB"s catback ever made and i love the sound out of this car now---absoulutely love it. cruise is quiet almost oem --but when you want her to sing--she is at home. At this rate if Scott made a birdhouse I would buy it and i hate birds!

im one of the unlucky few that ordered my midpipe right before the dreaded backorder.

I think ive been waiting 6 weeks max.

and i dont think the wait will be nearly that long for you because you in the next build run.

Will this part work good with the mazsport turbo kit???Cause i was thinking of a full race pipe 3" with an exhaust control valve to control the sound but if this isnt too freakin loud in cruising cause i have single center exhaust 3" and i wont have probs with the turbo i ll go fo it.

Also any Sound clips or videos from this part???PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE

You can add me to the list of lucky individuals who ordered this midpipe...
Now I'm anxiously waiting for that tracking number to arrive in my email (I know that it might be a couple weeks).
I have an Agency Power cat-back with the stock cat (the single resonated pipe was too annoying) and an AEM CAI.
So I'll try to make a before and after video with the Dual Resonated midpipe.

Old yeah... but maybe your hearing is going

Glad to hear that you love it because I have one on order. Going to pair it with MS CAI and CB. Going to be sweet
