before anyone says it. i did do a search and didnt find exactly what i was looking for. so if there is a thread with the info im looking for on it, i would gladly like a link.

i'm in the market for a new exhaust on my 05 RX-8. i like the sound of the Mazdazpeed exhaust. ive noticed on mazda's site they have two verions. the one canister and the two canister. besides about a 100 dollars difference in price, the site offers very little in regards to the difference in them.

so what is the main difference? i know neither one produces any hp gain. so, which one sounds better?

if i remember correctly everybody usually says the two canister version is louder than the single canister version. i have neither so hopefully some of the ppl that have them will chime in

 

I must say I love my Mazdasped twin. It's not to loud and it sounds great.

 

never heard of a one canister mazdaspeed exhaust.

 

The one canister is basically the stock exhaust with Mazdaspeed tips on it. I have been doing the research as well because I also want it on my mine! Get the two it will be awesome!

 

good to know! ive noticed the two canister is cheaper also. so thats a major win.

 

Get the duel can for sure - it will be my next mod too!
