Maf Limit?

What is the ceiling of our MAF?
What CFM does its 5volt top end relate to?
What horsepower would that equate to? Can we just stick it on a flow bench and find the CFM limit?

These are the questions on my mind this week. Anybody know the answers?

In a stock car, MAF voltage maxes out around 3.9v.

Oh ic. I know none of that unfortunately. All I know as that, at redline, a stock car pulls ~3.9v of airflow that the factory MAF. What that corresponse to in terms of grams/sec is unknown. I'd like to get my hands on a factory Mazda diagnostic tool for this reason

you may be able to find the info you need elsewhere. This airflow sensor has been used on a bunch of cars---Mazda 6,Mazda 3 etc(first use I found was a 1999Protege 1.6. The original part no was ZL01-13-215,current part no is L321-13-215.

What are the details on that? I'd love to use my PDA as a scanning tool. Thanks
