why in the hell do you want the loudest exhaust? just unbolt the cat from the manifold if you want loud.
the OEM intake draws air from the front bumper in front of the radiator, it's already a CAI. and benefit from an aftermarket unit will be negligible and may cause the car to run rough.
save you money for more effective mods.

Take off your entire exhaust and have a muffler shop run a plain unmuffled pipe off to the side, exiting in an echo can exhaust tip. Cheap, light, and loud enough to shatter windows!
Another option if you think that might drive you insane:

Or seriously, maybe a Supertrapp muffler (or two)? I know they sound really nice on other cars. Plus you can completely uncap them so there's essentially no muffling at all.
