lotta noise from intake
I just got an o4 8, and I was researching some cold air intakes. I read some reviews and complaint that a lot of the rx8's intakes create noise inside the car up to 90 decimals . Is this true? And are there any cold air intake that has the performance I want and the noise I can tolerate? I don’t mind the low rumble but 90 DECIMALS. Any advise?

And to be perfectly honest, have you ever put a decibel meter in any other car so that you know how loud 90 decibels would even be?

Racing Beat intake, IMO, is the only reasonable-noise option. AEM/Mazdaspeed intakes are too loud for me, and so are probably any that have a similar design (a tube going somewhere).
However, the AEM/Mazdaspeed is really the loudest outside of the car, not quite as much inside the car.
