I'm new to the import world. They have always interested me, but I grew up with older mustangs. I currently have a 04 rx8 and I am looking for an exhaust that will give me quite a bit of noise and power. I don't want to be too loud but I'm used to the sound of a v8 mustang when it is idling and accelerating. Tired of my mustang buddies giving me a hard time about driving a chick car want to make it a little louder. Can anyone help?

Get Racing Beat Race Exhaust.

It has a really deep tone, and can get pretty loud if you go WOT.

or if you want even deeper tone, go for HKS Hi-Power Exhaust.

do NOT go Greddy, those are Civics sound.

 

check out the South east form and hook up with some Georgia boys.

Then, you can hear the sounds yourself.
