IIRC canzoomer told me the 8 uses both plugs at idle, but the PCM adjusts the timing such that in certain cases the trailing plugs fire simultaneously or even before the leading plugs do. the interceptor may not be able to do that

Oh.. that would be sweet! I have never read about the Int-x automatically adjusting the AFR based upon your target AFR.. That would be a great feature and selling point if it's the case...

To be honest though, I think it would have been plastered over every single thread if it was truly a feature of this product. Thats such a great selling point it would be crazy not to mention it.

Maybe it is constantly correcting.. Here is a dyno graph that shows his AFR throughout the dyno. How else can you achieve almost a constant 11.7x over a 6,000 rpm range? The Canzoomer AFR sheets can only dream of constant AFR's like this... I should know, once owned one...

no closed loop control, so yes, you have to tune the complete map - including cold starts, ect.

You might be confusing that feature with the Megasquirt.

Poor sport you are. It gave me so much pleasure finding you misspelling a word and you go change it. The fun was that you never do that and I can't spell my name. Just seeing it made my day.
Now put it back.

And then he goes and edits the word in my post. I hope everyone noticed that.

It's both an abuse of power and funny.. Thats why it's difficult to comment on it..

(Awaiting news on N/A progression)
