I wonder if .........???

I wonder If there's any sucessful transplant of Rx-7 rotory to Rx-8 chassis? If there are please do post some info on it.

Yeah think of it like this, If you had a 93+ RX-7 you could do a 2jz sr20det or ls1 "transplant" then what can you do with the 8?

Is there any additional info on the sucessfull engine swapping as some of the parts in 8 are not compatible for 7 like the power steering is electronic controlled for the 8 but the 7's power steering are by belt.

It was a V6 Rustang but now with a turbo 2 tranny and rear end ratio is 4.33 I guess you can call it a rotary?
