Hi everybody,

For months Im trying to buy a mechanic throttle body and a custom fuel system upgrade with return line for my RX-8 and didn't get anything. I made many research with many guys from the forum, vendors, experts in rotarys and nothing.

But, I always see on what their post on the forum in their projects and they have this two things I want, so pls anybody can tell me where can I buy this two parts I want???

Right now my RX-8 is running 7psi of boost with the HKS F-CON V PRO and in 4,000rpm I have a little buggin (moment that the turbo beggin to spool), and the tuner told me is the throttle body problem, so to fix that problem I need to replace the DBW to mechanic one. For go more boost I need the fuel system upgrade with return line, fuel rails, bigger injectors, return line system, fuel pump, etc..

My turbo system, like I post before, is the custom SFR kit with a Innovative T60-1 turbo, and for go more boost, Im going to make upgrade the following:
1- HKS DLI TWIN INGNITION, to prevent the ingnition problem for 10psi+
2- Innvotive AUX BOX with LC-1 wideband

Right now the only two things I cant get is the MTB and the fuel system upgrade. Nobody give me any idea to how to get this two parts, my question is nobody make it custom and sell that???

Fuel system upgrade... I guess you could look up scott... or alternatively you could swap in new injectors and a fuel pump?

Mechanical throttle body... I have no idea.... SOmeone in this forum did it... lookup turbo vids in major horsepower and upgrades... I forgot which car the MTB came out off..

 

where are you located?

 

I swapped out to a manual TB and return line ... I just knwo they used a TB from an 850Ci (Bosch brand). It seemed to work for them.

BTW, Alex what's the whp you get on your car with your turbo kit and what is your ems?
