"Why post in the first place eh...."?

How bout this He's TRYING to share something with this community. He's trying to open up the minds of people around here. Whether you like it or not more then half the people on this forum are close minded and think they know everything there is to when it comes to rotary, and when someone trys to shatter their inner Zen they fell threatened.

Have some goddamn respect all the man is trying to tell you is that this motor is capable of producing 240rwhp without the assistance of Nitrous or FI.

How many threads b4 this one have even distantly tried to discuss the possibility of porting.... not a lot.

And as he has stated it will be revieled to you all in due time.

just believe the dude guys. first of all, its really not even that much power, so whats so unbelievable about that. 2nd, he seems to be a pretty famous dude with a good track record, so his words should have some weight. Let the man do his work and be patient, the track slip will come.
Afterall hes one of your own. Its sad to see an outsider like me encouraging him while some of yall sounds so negative. If you dont believe him, then dont waste your time on this thread. Ike is just lurking out there laughing at yall :p last thing he wanna see is a fast rx8. dont let him get the last laugh, stick together and show the guy some love

I am not to fond of a bridgeport for a street car. Many people have done it. I have done 6 port bridgeports for many customers but I don't like it for my personal use. The idea is a wonderful streetport on the regular 4 ports and bridgeporting the 5&6 ports keeping the sleeves inside the engine to keep the bridgeported 5&6 ports closed to maintain a smooth idle. When the 5&6 ports open a serious amount of intake opening in degrees happens and power gains are very noticeable..

I don't want people to disect this information an think this is what I have done to my car. People just give me some time and I will disclose what mod I have done and who ever would be interested I would be of assistance..

If you look underneath my car's hood it looks like a bone stock Rx8 and that is how Mazda wants it.. so I been warned..

So my basic idea of a bridgeport of the 6th ports could possibly give these results? You don't have to answer this question. I'm just trying to see if my assumption was feasible.

So, let me get this straight. Judge Ito goes to Mazda, and they have a rap sheet on him and ASK if he is him. From what I remember he had to pay for the diff and tranny himself. Has he not already voided his warranty? That is the only thing I've been wondering about.

And if he hasn't voided his powertrain warranty (by some feat of God), and the engine blows, won't the Mazda techs realize that the bone stock looking engine isn't so bone stock looking sitting on a engine pull and void the warranty?

I'm confused about all the worry about warranty.

Ito, why dont you just admit that it's a customer car?

Also, to everyone, are these posts really admissible? couldnt you say you were just boasting?

Lastly, regardless of bone-stock or not, semantics or not, I think that whatever this mod turns out to be should be presently and forever named Judge Ito's Bone Stock Upgrade

A question

Theoretically, would a 5,6 port job as discussed here negate the possibility of a later FI or rev-limit-increase mod?

Well we've eliminated nitrous. If it looks stock, it won't have a new intake, intake manifold, etc... I'm starting to lean towards something internal. At least he'll eventually tell us and that's cool with me. I'll wait.

Edit: Ito did mention that after he reveals what he did, he'll help anyone who wishes to do it to their car. This doesn't sound like an internal engine mod like porting. That wouldn't be an easy thing to help on over the internet. Maybe there is something to do with the intake manifold after all. With the exception of the sudden gain in power, the normal power dips in the graph when the actuators open aren't there in his run. It is way too smooth. Someone go remove a few actuators and and their rotating parts completely and see what happens. Just brainstorming here.

I respect those who pioneer the way, but I think it is foolish to think that it should be covered under warranty. If indeed that is the reason why this whole charade is being played out.

My two cents...he keeps emphasizing bone stock. Bone as in bare. People keep saying stop playing semantics, but Ito set the board, so we're just playing his game. But if you can't tell any changes, I don't know how far his car could be stripped.

Ito you still have your AC, etc?
A story for Rx tuner will be writting. many will like the mod many will not..

I'm not worried about the warranty. I'm worried about legal actions against me. I was told to leave the car alone.. no mods..

How can they take any legal action against you if you PURCHASED the car (unless you didn't)? It's not like software. You buy a license for software. When you buy a car, you buy metal and plastic and rubber, etc. How can they prosecute you for doing things to your car (unless you work for them, and worked on their race car and are now letting out info on what you did to their race car AND you signed an NDA)?

Note that I'm not attacking you, but trying to understand their mindset. It just baffles me that they would care what you do with your car if you aren't trying to rape them on the warranty.

This is what I find funny. Instead of me being worried about legal actions against me, MAZDA should start paying attention to rotary engine enthusiats that have found a way to make their product a bit more extreme. When I was at a conference room with the Mazda rep. After they knew who I was, I told the Mazda rep. let me build a special edition "Ito-spec Rx8" he said what is that?? I said a modded Rx8 for insane customers like me. He just laughed. If Mazda was smart they would start listening to the little guys.. People that still do this for the passion not the money..

The fact that Mazda still does development of the rotary engine tells me they have passion, and are not simply following the money with greed.

I've come to a conclusion. I've worked harder here to defend myself then any other forum. I understand people's complaints but I also see the malice they have. I'm going to ask Polak to bann my name and just delete every single post I have made to this forum. My contribution to this Rx8 will be written and exposed in a different manner.

Judge Ito, you can edit your first post in this thread, and click on delete. Everything will go away when you do that.

For the record, I think your latest posts are a lot better than previous. Not because you've changed, but because your initial posts on this topic were flame worthy. You can't post on an internet forum with claims no one else can make, and tell them to trust you, while saying it's all a big secret and you're being watched.

Good luck.

Judge Ito, I hope that you don't have to resort to that. I for one am very interested on how you obtained so much power, especially in N/A form. This thread should make RETed very angry.

edit: I loved your burnout video. :D

Best of luck Judge Ito! Thanks for all you have offered to this forum. Your contributions will be missed. I'll look forward to your research in whatever "forum" you chose to reveal.

It is a shame. Clearly this has taken much of the fun out of the process for you ... we are all diminished by your decision, but I respect your right to share your data and methods in the manner, time and place of your choosing. Please, I only ask that you reconsider that the vast majority of people here, although silent, truly do appreciate your efforts and enjoy your contributions.

In fact, I've read every word.
The very first post, you said:

It wasn't until the bottom of the second page that you finally admit:

Now, I can understand if there was some mistake made or you "mis-spoke". Perhaps there is some language barrier or such, but the fact is you originally claimed that you got this power without any modification and then you recanted that statement. That makes this entire thread a waste because it says nothing in the end.

I really don't see why it's such a big deal to just wait on posting a new thread until you are ready to tell everyone what mod you did. The way you started this thread, Ito, was very very weird, no matter what reputation you have.

When you are ready to give REAL explanations on your mods, start a new thread and clue us in on what you're doing. And you have to realize there is a difference between a car that "looks" bone stock and one that really is. Whether you keep saying this because of your fears of the Mazda police, just stop saying it.
